My absence has been longer that what I have expected. Lots of paper works and group activities have kept me busy since the start of classes last January 5. And to top the list, it would be our Midterm Examination this Wednesday. I have too many reasons to be busy.
Just recently, I watched a new commercial on TV. It’s from McDonald’s. I got in love with it the moment I saw it. Mcdonald’s really never fail to surprise me with their advertisements. Why? It’s for you tyo find out by watching this commercial:

Some time ago, I did need to buy a building for my firm but I did not earn enough money and couldn’t order anything. Thank goodness my mother suggested to take the mortgage loans from reliable bank. Thence, I did that and was satisfied with my commercial loan.
